Where it is hosted.
The site is self-hosted by the publisher on a personal server located in France. Contact form data is stored on this server.
The m3tsh.com domain name is registered with IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57201 Sarreguemines Cedex, France.
What I collect, and why.
The data controller is Matteo Robert. I only collect what I need to reply to you.

- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to the messages you send me.
- Recipient: me only. Your data is never sold, shared or used for marketing.
- Processor: the message content is sent to me through Telegram, a service located outside the European Union.
- No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
How long.
Contact form messages are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received: the server checks every day and removes those past this limit. The IP address is never stored with the message.
If we then exchange emails, the same rule applies: I delete them at the latest 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask me to keep them longer (for a future application, for example).
You stay in control.
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it. Email me at m3tsh@proton.me: I reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
No cookies.
This site sets no cookies. Only your theme choice (light or dark) is remembered in your browser, on your device, so you don't have to pick it again on every visit. It is never sent to me.

The texts, diagrams and photos on this site belong to Matteo Robert. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
